Is CloudStack Canvas free?

Yes — the Free tier gives you 2 active projects, 30 nodes per canvas, 25 exports per month, Simple mode, and CloudFormation JSON & YAML export. No credit card required.

What does Pro include?

Pro ($39/month) unlocks unlimited personal projects, 200 nodes per canvas, unlimited exports, Simple + Advanced mode, all 44+ AWS services, CloudFormation JSON & YAML export, bidirectional IaC sync, Terraform export (coming soon), cost estimation panel, and Git/PR export.

What is an Organization?

An Organization is a shared workspace available on Team plan ($129/month flat). You can invite team members (they join free), collaborate on shared projects, and control access with roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer. Team plan supports up to 10 members.

What IaC formats does CSC support?

All plans export CloudFormation JSON & YAML. Pro adds bidirectional IaC sync. Terraform export (coming soon) will be available on Pro and Team plans. CDK (TypeScript) export is on the roadmap.

Does CSC deploy infrastructure for me?

Not yet — CSC generates production-ready IaC templates which you deploy via the AWS Console, CLI, or CI/CD pipeline. Direct deploy integration is planned for a future release.

How does Team/Organization billing work?

The Organization owner pays $129/month flat for the Team plan. Invited members join free — there are no per-seat charges. The Organization owner controls who is invited and what role they have.

How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. If you signed up via Google or GitHub, use that same provider — password reset does not apply to OAuth accounts.

Is my infrastructure data secure?

All project data is stored encrypted at rest. We do not share your architecture diagrams with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
